Equipment Policy
It is our aim to ensure that all simultaneous workshops and shoots are able to be resourced in the first instance.

For that reason the following policy has been written for clarity of the following points.

You will only be able to book equipment you have been trained to use within your AFTT workshops.

Adjacent details the maximum quantise allowed to be booking in advance.

If there is more available at the point of pick up then you are free to add to your booking.
Pick Up and Return Times
The Tech Store open hours:
Mon-Fri, 9.30am - 5pm
Sat & Sun, CLOSED

Pick up times are scheduled for the afternoon

Return times are scheduled for the morning

If you cannot make your scheduled time ALWAYS communicate this as early as possible to the Tech Team by doing one of the following:

Adjust your Teams calendar event. This will notify the Tech team of your adjustment.

Call or message the Tech Team via Teams. This may be a better way to ensure your message is received by the Tech Team and is the better option when out on shoots.
